  • All flour used is organic, unbleached, all-purpose flour, this makes the crumb airy with big air bubbles, soft and moist, it tastes mild and very delicious.

Light Wheat – Organic Sourdough Bread

  • 1.6lbs/26.5oz per loaf
  • All flour used is organic wheat flour with 80% extraction, this makes the crumb airy with big air bubbles, soft and moist, it tastes mild and very delicious.

Whole Wheat Blend – Organic Sourdough Bread

  • 1.6lbs/26.5oz per loaf
  • The flour used is two thirds organic whole-kernel wheat flour with 100% extraction, this is the twin to the light wheat bread but with 20% more wheat bran as in the light variant. Plus one third turkey red whole-kernel wheat flour. The crumb equally airy with big air bubbles, soft and moist, it tastes also mild and very delicious.

Old World Grain Blend – Organic Sourdough Bread

  • 1.6lbs/26.5oz per loaf
  • About half of the total flour amount is organic whole wheat flour, the other half is part whole-kernel Spelt and whole-kernel Einkorn flour, this mix makes the crumb airy with big air bubbles, soft and moist, it tastes mild and very delicious.

Whole -Kernel Wheat and Rye bread with Seeds – Organic Sourdough Bread

  • 12.2lbs/35oz per loaf
  • All flour used is organic wheat flour 100% extraction and organic rye flour with 80% extraction. The processing is different from other breads I bake this makes the crumb less airy with smaller air bubbles, but more moist. The seeds are adding a nutty flavor and crunchy texture. It tastes hardy and makes you a little more work for your carbs while jewing.
